Pam's birthday

Joyeux anniversaire to my best friend Lily Pham (also known as Pam)! Thank you very much for these past 15 years. :)

Went out as the Viets trio and we chose to eat at The Jetty, Southbank, again. I think it's becoming a ritual now and can I just reiterate that they have the best oysters in the world there. Actually, everything is just really good there.
 Entree: Natural oysters and kilpatrick oysters

Light meal: Salami, buffalo mozzarella and rocket pizza with citrus mayo chips

Main: Chargrilled sirloin, duck fat potatoes, roast beetroot and horseradish cream

Dessert at Max Brenners (typical Pam's choice, she's the biggest chocolate lover in tha world!)

We ordered so much, we couldn't finish it so we called Aileen over to come and help us finished. Ended the day with routine karaoke although because Aileen joined us we couldn't be as retarded as we'd liked. S'all good, she heard the fanciful 'We Run The World' song by Beyonce. I THINK SHE'S SCARED OF US NOW.
